Did ok this week considering all the food I ate on Sunday and Monday. Only did 2 hours of exercise, but felt like I was coming down with a cold so that's my excuse. Still hoping to get down to a steady 67 soon so hope I'll have more energy next week.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
