Now LCHF is working like it should. Amazing weight loss 2 days in a row. Yesterday I ate less protein and more fat. This could be the key. will try it again.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
