Been tracking well this week with only one cheat meal so far today - cheesecake - but had it instead of lunch so not too terrible. Lots of fruit although fruit cake from Christmas is still on the dessert menu, but really small slices with a smidge of custard. Also managed 3 hour-long workouts this week. Not too bad. Good luck to everyone else with your new year changes!
68.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
