Well done lady, you've done incredibly well and you deserve to be so so proud. I truly hope that this journey is everything you are searching for. And I pray that you find the freedom in your relationship with food (that we're all searching for) at the end of this journey ❤️ Ps. If you start a journey in terms of tightening skin etc please let me know X

Thanks everyone! 🙏 I absolutely adore this community and the continuous motivation and support that it provides 💚 @waistaway - thanks for your kind words. That relationship with food is what it’s ALL about, and I only realised it the last month or so... I don’t have as much loose skin as I would’ve thought, but still more than I want 😅 I am planning on starting a bit of a retinol regime soon... I MIGHT do plasma fibroblast on my tum-tum and radio frequency treatments on my thighs and arms, but want to give it a bit of time, and see how much it will bounce back naturally. I’m also planning on having kids in the next couple of years, so might go for a momma nip, tuck and lift afterwards, that will help for my problem areas... super keen on chatting to you about it and share journeys for the “next” phase 💚

@UnicornsExist - you must let me know if you want to exchange nrs to whatsapp. My single biggest reason behind my journey is when I had a daughter I realised I don't want to pass my issues on to her... My mother has passed so I don't want to speak ill of her but I believe she didn't equip me with a healthy food relationship or even self image, and I desperately want better for my daughter. So the end goal of all this, of all the knowledge and self awareness is to be able to model better for her. I think for from where I've come (over 100kg at my heaviest weight), to now I don't have as much lose skin as I might "deserve", but especially after pregnancy I wish the bump and skin there was tighter and gone by now, especially because I got stretch marks in pregnancy too....but I still have a ways to go so I guess one step at a time. After your one post about skin tightening I went and looked up because I also have it maybe in the back of my mind if I reach my goal and some time after if it never "bounces back" that I might want to. I even read up lately about a procedure called "fat freezing" where they target areas like your waist etc and instead of lipo suction they actually use chemicals to "freeze" those fat cells, which then die and you basically urinate them out over a period of like 3 months, which also lowers your chance of having loose skin. I feel like even if I reach my goal weight I might never have a "flat stomach" again, which is quite depressing. It's like society has deemed that large bottoms and hips (so fat there) is acceptable, but any fat on your waist is not...
