This is what you get when you over indulge for 4 days out of 7. Only lost 200g this week. Would have loved to be under 120kg this week, but I'm 600g short. Next week I WILL be under 120kg!

Even though you only lost 200grams. You might have needed those few days to indulge. The win here is, you didn’t over indulge. You need those days to prevent future binges. Over Restricting is counter productive . Take it from me, as I’ve lost over 30kgs last year and gained it all back because I lost my will power after having high cortisol and ghrelin hormones due to the fast weight loss and also, I damaged my metabolic rate, so the weight came back with vengeance. Find that balance 💚

Life has ups and downs. Just don't beat yourself up about this. You still lost 200g more than me, or someone else. And for that I am so proud of you!

A loss of any amount is better than a gain but we’re allowed to have weeks off.
