Chuffed with my progress! Having really healthy lunches this week so far and not going out for coffee helps. I've also started having a blend of green tea and rooibos as iced tea - 2 litres throughout the day. Wonder if that is helping? Keeping up my exercise too. 3 hours so far this week.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
