This has been a slow week for me. But had a Cheese burger pie from King Pie for lunch yesterday and had KFC for dinner. So I guess this is to be expected. At least the weight is still dropping.
120.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 50.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
