I was nervous stepping onto the scale this morning after being on holiday for almost two weeks. But I’m happy with this! Hallelujah! I ate three meals a day and def went over my RDI during the time, but I think staying active throughout helped balance it out? Anyway, I have a big YAY today. ❤️
76.9 kg Lost so far: 26.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
