No weigh in.... Some days I can only eat 1000cal a day other days I eat 1800.. What is going on.. I need to be get myself together.. I do fasting 16/8 but eating anything... Hope that I will loose weight

hey. i have noticed that i do better when I don't eat too little. try to pace yourself then you won't revenge eat later. i have gotten better when I feel like I just want to eat by making a lovely big salad and adding it to my food. that way i feel as if I'm eating a lot but it's actually just greens doing my stomach. i find that it works with most meals. just need to remember to plan a salad as well!
