I have been in a similar space now for the last ten days. I’m not deviating from my plan, I’m exercising and I’m in Ketosis. But no movement. Onward and upward!!

Me too! Losing but so slowly at the moment. At this rate it’ll be taking 5 weeks to lose a kg. My eating is within calories but my activity has taken a dive. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have tried to find trends related to certain foods I eat etc but can't. I think given hormones etc it's harder for us as women. This last week has been an intense one with lots of interviews so maybe even stress plays a role. Who knows 🤷

I am finding that I have a rhythm of losing about 2kg quite quickly, then bouncing up and down in that range for 10 days, then stabilizing to the lower weight for a week, and then comes the next drop. So although I'm losing about 4kgs a month, it's not steady at all. It's frustrating in that plateau every time, but now that I see the pattern, it's easier to live with. It helps that I can literally see that pattern on the monthly readout from my Bneta scale.
