So I'm solidly in the 70s now! I'm so happy about this. I'm now going to have to start thinking about how to create a maintenance plan once I reach 74-72kgs (my "sweet spot"). Also chest measurements have dropped, looool.
79 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
