I've lost 7,6kg in the past 4 weeks! I'm so happy! Many more to go...
122.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep in mind, it's my first 4 weeks, so usually I loose good the first few weeks, but then it slows down. The only difference is, this time I'm not going to stop at 4 weeks like usually. This time I am going to complete this journey!
