the 94 zone was honestly my toughest to crack. I'd been above 94 for longer than I care to recall. but after losing 4kg steadily over a short period of time... I thought... yes. this is working... and then I hit the wall of 94. it KILLED me. I was so tempted to give up. honestly it probably lasted close to 6 weeks but felt like an eternity. however. I decided this time I would not quit. I kept to my plan. I gave myself a break and allowed my body to adapt to a hugely different lifestyle, and from there I lost another 8-10kg fairly smoothly. we are all built different and we all carry our weight differently. don't rush the process. I promise you. all the changes you are making will show results.. it's different results for everyone though. you may find it easier to make healthier choices. one day you'll notice you just don't crave that trigger food anymore. one day you'll notice you can walk further, or do extra sets or clothes that once were snuck are now loose. pay attention to the no scale victories too. they help keep motivation up when the scale seems to be against you ❤️

So absolutely well said and exactly what I needed to hear @Shereen, thank you ⭐️ I am also on soooo many meds that mess with my kidneys and water retention (chemo meds) that I think play a role in "gain" or loss. On the upside, I am loving my plan and hardly ever hungry so it's not difficult to keep on at and I have dropped a nice amount of cm! It is a bit frustrating to be sticking here for so long but also so encouraging to hear that it's a thing and isn't forever.
