Eek. Although I stuck to 99% keto foods (except half a granadilla) this weekend, I way over ate my calorie allowance and wayyyy over my protein allowance (net carbs were good). I remain in ketosis but clearly my body is not a fan of too much protein ⭐️
96.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love your fighting spirit! Definitely cutting your calories is first step, I eat almost 1500 calories everyday and feel very stuffed. keto is delicious and filling :). You could perhaps get away with 1800 and lose? here's to a good week

I am on 1500 calories and it works beautifully (usually) but this weekend I went a way over those calories.. Waaayy.. So the keto ness of the food didn't matter much. It's a good lesson for sure. My body doesn't like too much protein, it also doesn't like too many processed net carbs (over Veg net carbs) and it definitely needs the deficit.
