Ok, so there has finally been some movement! Yes! My aim is to lose another 2.5kgs before my holiday on 21 Feb - crossing fingers and toes!
87 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
