I’m so demoralised! No change over five days and I’ve been in a really decent caloric deficit and doing 10k steps a day, with walks and hikes. I’m really hoping for more movement next week 😬
87.9 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't give up! When I started I would sometimes stand still for 12 days!! I know exactly how you feel. Just believe in yourself, I think our bodies also need time to adjust and get use to what is happening to them. Good luck :)
