Back to it after Christmas. Lots of gin and bubbly, choccies and ice cream. Back to it from today and feeling good. did a light shadow boxing workout this morning after a long walk with the dogs. the Small gain was to be expected after the festivities, but it won't be long until it's off and I can get to my 2021 goal of 68kg.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
