Gym (repeat) Day 16 :Shoulders and Back
Personal trainer dropped me yesterday, so try again today. Probably a sign that i shouldn’t train cause my back was really not co operating yesterday.
Gains seem to be linked to the CataFlam im taking which might be making me retain water.
