Day 12 Gym: Arms, chest and abs

Sjoe, i must slow down on the weekends, its getting a bit rough on the increase. I think what was different is I maintained good water intake with bad eating, so im sure im going to pee alot of it away today.
146.9 kg Lost so far: 35.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, gym is not so bad. One thing i will say if i didnt take a personal trainer, i would have skipped a lot if training days. Sometimes we need to know what our weaknesses are and get some bullet proof solutions in place to defend us from ourselves.... atleast till it becomes a habit.
