Gym day 8: arms and chest with abs ( everyday is abs)

My legs feeling good. Stomach muscle got the nice bruised feel, like you know something is working.

Going Strong. Still on 1500 cals a day
143.6 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
