Gym 5th day of training

Still got some pain and jelly legs, but gonna push through.

Appetite is on fire as can be seen from the weekend gain. Im sure this too will stabilize.
145.6 kg Lost so far: 36.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
