So last week I ended with just under 1790 average calories a day, which I think was not too bad. This week I've done 90 mins of YouTube workouts so far and have my eye on two workouts for tomorrow. This week I'm hoping to keep calories below 1750, but we'll see how it goes.

Realised that three years ago in December I weighed a whopping 6kg less than I do now and I'm trying to feel ok about it. I would dearly love to lose 3kg to be in a comfortable zone (where I was two years ago), but as life is still in limbo - I don't have the size dumbbells I would like - I'm not in an area where it's safe to walk right out your door as I used to be - so I'll just have to wait it out, do the best I can for now - try not to put on weight - and just keep up with my workouts and tracking as I am.

I could go for a larger calorie deficit, but I'm just not into the constantly hungry / deprived feeling so I'll stick to eating some delicious feel good food within my allowed calories for the minor deficit I'm aiming for. Still trying to be mindful and making healthier choices when I can and still determined not to put on weight while I'm living here until the end of the year. Hopefully when the weather's warmer we can take a drive to nice walking areas more regularly. Did go for a lovely walk in Kalk Bay on the public holiday yesterday and look forward to doing that some more.
