Hi All.. I am doing a low carb diet.. But then there are days that I crave carbs.. I just want to know will I still loose weight by eating whitin my calories? Although I eat carbs?
104.2 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
