Thanks BesterM 😘 I thought about it the other day. I don't think my body has ever maintained this weight before. When I started gaining, I jumped quite quickly from the mid 60s and skyrocketed in less than a year to the high 80's. Getting close to triple figures and staying there for many years. A few days ago I felt a bit down that the scale has been stuck between 74 & 76 for a couple months now. I've since reconsidered my mood and am allowing my body to adapt to a weight it has never held before. Which in itself is an achievement for me. I think too often the loss is the focus, but our bodies really do need time to adapt. I'll hit a steady loss again soon I'm sure, but for now I'm happy with the 2kg safe zone even if I stay here for the next couple months even.

We really do get impatient to get on with it! It’s fulfilling to see digits dropping so when we get stuck we get frustrated, but like you said, our bodies need to adapt. I have take aways from people on here and the lesson from you has always been to be patient and let our bodies adapt x

And your graph is always showing a lovely downward trend so you're all good and it is a valuable lesson for us all that you're sharing - patience. As the saying goes - Rome wasn't built in a day. You got this!
