So I've been at a type of plateau for a year - between 99,5 and 98,5. Having a fee good weeks then a bad week etc. And also struggling with some hormonal issues.
This past week I ran out of all the tasty food at home before pay day. So I've been down to the very basics and clearly that is doing the job 😉
