So i also have a doritto cravy more regularly than i should. So i build 45g into a lunch with tuna mayo and a boiled egg or half and avo. I do lunch with quick burning protein like tuna cause they sort of cancel out the carbs in the chips and has very little effect on my weight loss. Portion control is the key and making sure you still to your daily/ weekly cal consumption.
Other things i do to help with urges are icy’s/ ice lollies. I make a protein shake smoothie, with usn protein shake 1 scoop, table spoon of peanut butter, 20 grams dates, a banana 80g, put it in a nutribullet and pour in moulds and place in deep freezer. I dont count these to my daily cal when i eat one every couple of days.
Table spoon of peanut but sugar free also helps.
Bottom line is dont avoid the craving, tackle it head on, consume it while you can controllably, cause otherwise that craving is gonna get you and you gonna loose control and eat way too much, which is what essentially causes the damage to your weight loss.
