I usually log my monthly weigh in on the first day of the month - but I'm celebrating my brother's birthday tonight and there is a lindt chocolate and caramel cake that I plan to go crazy on lol so I wanted to get my numbers in pre-cake fest 😉🤣🤣🤣🎂🍰 down a total of 1kg this month. very happy. 2+ months worth of plateau is broken, and the break in my training schedule is giving my body the rest it deserves 🥊
