Feeling very despondent today..been dieting religiously..eating no more than 1200cal a day and exercising and the scale hasn’t budged this week..I’ve lost 30kg already but still have 20kg to go..😩
85 kg Lost so far: 31 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
