Good day to start tracking again.

I feel a complete mental shift. The mind is back, the goal is clear and the motivation is on fire!

Picked up a bit of KG’s, nothing to worry about as my body remembers what 130.5kgs felt like so will be back there in a month or so.

And the Journey continues....
145.6 kg Lost so far: 36.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
