Wow! Not sure why! Been doing IF was pretty good with it! Maybe I don’t eat what I suppose to when I can eat but is this possible? Anyway I will try for 2 more weeks and if this dies not work then I will go back to what I know ! I just cannot be 130kg again!!!!!
