yesterday I ate a full 2000 calories. I haven't done more than 1700 since December. I had 4 lamb chops lol. I couldn't resist. I think I probably also had lamb last in December so I became a total grizzly bear 😂🐻 no guilt. it was delicious 🍖
75.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
