Started eating clean again on Wednesday. Before that I ate bread and pasta and rice. I'll be going back to keto again but if I see my milk production is going down I'll have to add some carbs because I'm not giving up breastfeeding.
96.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can only speak for myself, but cutting carbs hasn’t had any effect on my breast milk (1st for 3.4y, 2nd 2.4y and still going). I do find myself hungrier, but low carb snacks do the trick 👍🏻

Hey breastfeeding too. I’m not keto but restricting calories and definitely selective and limiting my carbs to carbs that boosts breast milk (bulgur,oats,quinoa and semolina). I find that even just a small breakfast with half a cup of semolina (made with water), 1tablespoon peanut butter and 1 honey really helps recover from the night and start the day. It’s a breakfast that’s really low in calories. Black tea in the morning obviously helps and drinking loads of water. If you decide on carbs just have very small punctual portions of smart carbs. Half cup portions are low in calories and it really does the trick. Everyone is different but thought maybe this could give you some ideas. You’re doing awesome!

Thanks Nadous. My milk dried up yesterday and after a lot of oats, tea and some tears the milk returned this morning. So I'll definitely follow your advice thanks🙏🏼
