The battle goes on! Tough business staying clean these days.

Stress, boredom, inactivity, etc.... all activators for my previous years of weigh gain. Learning alot every day about how i actually got to 182.2kg fat.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 42 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Donna, ill get back to it. Good thing is i only fall off the horse, but he doesnt run away so been getting back on regularly so i dont loose too much ground.
