It looks bad i know! But it could have been a lot worse if I completely let go of the reigns.

Easter is over and time to take my own advice and get my shit together.
140.1 kg Lost so far: 42.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We are all struggling... hubby’s birthday tomorrow. I’m going to make sure he enjoys his day. So I will be joining in the celebratory eating. Then back to business the next day, hopefully lol got to keep our eyes on the prize. Reaching our mini goals. And not gaining weight that took 2 months to lose 🙆🏻‍♀️

I'm happy to hear I'm not alone in this struggle. My last two weeks have been a feel fall, something I'm very familiar with, still trying to master the art of the mental challenge of getting back to it after a "break"
