Please be careful of drinking TOO MUCH water. You can upset your electrolyte balance and make yourself very ill (requiring hospitalization).

Through out the day. I never drink more thank 1 liter within a 1 hour period. 640ml in morning before breakfast 450ml in protein shake 10am 720ml during morning 720ml during early afternoon 450ml protein shake 2:30pm 720ml during later afternoon 640ml before dinner 450ml protein shake 7:30pm 350ml coffee (280ml water) More or less like this

I usually drink about 2 liters of water per day or sometimes less. But when I’ve eaten way too much carbs. Upping my water helps with the water retention and constipation I suffer from my carb binge. So I would drink almost 4 liters the day after. And then lower my water intake. I’m guessing, Mike, are you doing the same? I think you normally drink around 3 liters per day. And most of it, is taken with nutrients.

Looking back at my water app, I would say my daily average daily consumption is 4.2 liters. Remember i was 182kgs and now 135kgs, its different water intake for 90kgs or 70kgs.

@Daniel, appreciate the input. I have however been consuming this volume of water for quite some time now and it have lead me to the 51kgs lost to date. I continually preach that water is the key to weigh loss.

100 percent... And yes pascoal I agree after a carb binge. At weigh less a long time ago my weigh less leader used to always say.. Water wipes away your sins..

At my current weight I also drink a lot of water - around 4L most days, I find it helps me keep going if I am fasting, and also helps with constipation as Pascoal said

I agree with Mike.... i also found through my experience that water is really the key to weigh loss.....

Mich@2315, I also battle with constipation with my IF, does water really help or should I resort to laxatives 😱😱😱
