I ate very little yesterday, was in a grump - so I think this steep drop is just a reflection of that and may be up again tomorrow but hey ho - I do like seeing big drops when I do so I'll take it with a smile 😉🥊
77.4 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
