So Uni has started with a bang everything was good lost weight and then the stress started and stress doesn't react well to my body so I picked up again. At least I noticed it and can stoo "1st year syndrome" my previous record I realized wasnt accurate as I eas sick so naturally lost a lot of kgs

61 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
