Quick catch up done! 1650cal into my body yesterday.

Pleasingly, i have 4 days to knock some kilo’s off before the weekend. I think its going to be a big week.
134.6 kg Lost so far: 47.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
