Full disclosure. This'll be from the cake-platter I ate yesterday lol. Am I sad. I could be, but I'm not. I know how these types of foods affect me Ito water retention. I also know that I'm in this journey for the long run and I wanted to share an indulgent afternoon with my best friend. I only have a few months left in ZA and I'm going to take these moments and enjoy them to the absolute max! So, the scale was up this morning (insert shoulder shrug) - sometimes creating memories just trump's the other stuff.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cake will definitely do that, as you know, itโ€™s mostly just glycogen and water. You will drop it plus some when you are back to business as usual. That use to be an every weekend thing for me. Before my challenge of no sugar for 6 months. Just want to reassure you that itโ€™s a temporary. You still got it ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

What can i say, when we do things we do them 110%. That applying to indulging as-well. Two fit boxing sessions later and the gain is gone
