I don't get upset about gains like this because I take body-breaks at least once every month or so. I really believe that it's important to give yourself a day or two off. For me that helps me focus my efforts. It's a lifestyle and that means that its unrealistic to expect to be "perfect" all the time. So I schedule treat weekends for myself. You'll never hear me say "cheat" day or meal.. because why should I punish myself or make myself feel guilty. We're all entitled to a little something special once in a while ♥️
