Come on Mike, I know you can do better. Do you need a push, a shove? Hit up side your head? Lol just trying to encourage you. You’ve been losing and gaining the same weight for weeks now. Time to get to the 120’s.

Nah im all good. But thanks for the try! Im well disciplined, but also know my limits and what got me fat in the first place. Im currently going the hectic work commitments which will pan out in due course and then ill get moving again. If im bouncing around under the 135 mark im very chuffed and impressed. Good things come to those who wait!

You are right. If my words seem annoying please delete all my comments. I’m just use to this kind of push from my old Sensei and my dad. I’m use to the military approach😊
