Drank a cocktail and ate Mac and cheese last night... alcohol and pasta have an immediate inflammatory affect BUT. I am in the for the long run and sometimes a girl just needs to drink fruity drinks and eat carbs 😁😁 also.. down a total of 1.8kg for the month 🀸🧚🧜 woopwoop!!
81.3 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
