Very impressed with how adaptive my body is!
Increased cal by 300 cal to 2200 cals and body still keeping me in the 133’s. Can feel the losses coming through in next couple of day.
133.2 kg Lost so far: 49 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
