Who knows? Honestly it wastnt deserved. I went over my daily cal cause i ate 200grams of popcorn. Also had some Woolworths chocolate desert, but otherwise the rest was well behaved.

The body works in mysterious ways... Be good and its says: not today for weight loss, try something different and all of a sudden there is less of you :) You are doing great Mike and continue to be inspirational in logging your journey. :)
