Starting to second guess my methods. Nothing changed, only got heavier.

Last 3 times i hit a plateau like this i increased my calories and it worked. So if things dont change by monday im pushing calories to 2200cal a day from my usual 1900cal.

Lets see if it works over the next 10 days
134.2 kg Lost so far: 48 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
