Crazy! One pizza slice at 19:50 with my healthy dinner

Jip that's why I stay away far away.. my family wants pizza tonight.. and I will be telling myself it's not worth it..

So its not the pizza slice that weighs 700grams, its the effects it has on the body’s chemistry, water retention, and digestive system. But never cry over spilt milk, just a good observation for all to see how such a small binge can affect the weight

I find the same with pizza - its probably water retention with all the salt in the base and in the cheese, and the extra carbs. Although... it is homemade pizza for dinner in my home tonight and my "extra gravity" is going to be worth it ;)
