Yip looking forward to the 129’s, but i think that August is going to be a slow month for fat busting.

Yeah! Slow progress is excessively painful. And the less you have to lose, the harder it gets. But on days when there is no motivation left, you need to count on discipline to get you through. Tough, but so are you 💪
