not bad considering that I had half a bottle of wine and a (substantial) potion of lamb biryani for dinner followed by a huge hot chocolate for dessert.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
