1kg to go. Then I’m finished my journey!




Notttt! Got another 22kgs to hit my next goal, but thats going to be with heavy exercise and weight lift program, cause my gut is hanging like an awning on a hot summers day and providing shade in all the wrong places. Got to get this stretched skin back in shape.
135.7 kg Lost so far: 46.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well Mike u actually the best example on the whole fs I mean wow.... U have done outstanding on your weight lose while lifting us all up as well.... That's a hell of a lot of weight on your shoulders 😂... But jokes a side u doing great a great inspiration to us all
