Down 300g from this morning. I'm on the Salt-Bloat rollercoaster... also... I accidentally deleted my morning weigh in... was in an accident or can you only log one weigh in per day???
85 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
